I finally did it. It was a lot of writing but for those of you who have followed me know I tend to write a lot so I managed to get that all done. The payment connect and approval seemed a bit tedious but it came together pretty quickly – they suggest needing about 8 days for approvals and reviews but it seemed instant. I didn’t really realize that I was launching so quickly when I pressed go but I guess here we are – Bill O’Reilly style “We’re doing it live!”.
I muddled my way through making this cover image – I think it looks kinda neat but I’m also not an artist and out to lunch on aesthetics…As of this launch I have committed to completing the Durst House / Death House kit for Curse of Strahd using my modular terrain system. I’ve put a funding goal of $300 to help offset the costs of test printing the thing – at each $300 milestone I’ll add another structure until we have the entire Village of Barovia.
I’ve also been in touch with an artist who does amazing work in the Curse of Strahd space. We had tentatively agreed that I would include minis of their characters as a part of this project in exchange for permission (and maybe a shout out). We’ll see if they’re still on board and then make the announcement official.
For now – here is the link to the campaign:

I’ve created a new collection for this specific project so it should be easy to see (or filter out) any updates on this going forward.
As added bonus for anyone who backs this project I’ve included the premium textured Modular Terrain files as a part of it. Those files are $10 on Cults3d so it’s like buying that and also getting the new files for freee – it’s like you’re losing money if you don’t support this project at this point 😉
So far I’ve already received one phishing message – we’ll keep a tally of how much comes through on this campaign.
That’s all for now. Thanks as always for following along.
