This is a Nanny mini + spectre variants made for Modular Barovia. The primary sullen version is freely available on the major print sites and the sweeping + spectre variant + presupported models are available only on Patreon for free (for now).
We don’t know much about her other than that she is the mother of Walter Durst. A party might encounter her in the Death House if they disturb Walter’s empty crib OR if they disturb her body.
These additional minis won’t always be free so if you’re seeing that this model was just published then chances are it’ll be up but if you’re finding it weeks later it’s already locked. You can purchase this mini on my patreon or subscribe to my library of over 1000++ DND / TTRPG minis.
For printing – as I mentioned there are pre-supported files here which are free (for now). For FDM I recommend printing both minis on their back using thin tree supports and as low layer height as you can – orient the mini so that you avoid supports on small parts or key details that you don’t want to see scarring on and you should be good.
