I’m realizing I won’t have a proper update for Friday so I’m doing a mini one today and will hopefully have more photos / updates for you all on Saturday.
This past week I was on the road for about 17hrs. We went to Edmonton to see Josh Johnson (second time we’ve seen him live). I have to say that the dancers stole the show this time. We also saw the Odyssey to see what all the fuss was about. For those on the fence about seeing it – it was good but 3hrs long and “it insists upon itself”. I wouldn’t watch it again but would recommend seeing it on a really big screen if you can. It’s so long that if you miss part of it because of a bathroom break or two or three you won’t miss much and they’ll probably repeat the parts you missed. It’s neat, it’s art, it’s not perfect or terrible or life changing.
Per the above photo I finally got my printer back home. So far it has about 30hrs left on a major textured death house print (the one that has failed several times in a row due to power outages at the lake). Fingers crossed it finishes and I should have some photos for you all on Saturday. I also have some parts in transit for my resin printer so I hope to get that working again too and can do some prints of some minis.
Next week I’ll be back to work on these projects and props and minis but for now I’m at the lake with the kids and trying to enjoy this warm weather before it’s gone and the +30 days are replaced with -30 days – it goes by too fast.
That’s all for now. As always, thanks following along!
